I wish I could give this company and their staff, especially Kimberly in Sales, 6 stars! The staff is always friendly, willing to accommodate our organizational transportation needs and even refer us to smaller fleet companies who can accommodate our smaller travels. I was lucky to stumble upon the company, just when our organization needed a transportation partner the most. Not only did I discover a great company with timely, street savvy, and patient drivers (we have a few we love love), I made a new friend and reliable transportation to last the longevity of our organization. I highly recommend them for all your transportation needs. If you are seeking a company that will work with you and offer flexible payment arrangements, you have come to the right place. We recently used Infinity, on a business trip to Chicago. Our team was picked up in a beautiful vehicle, by a prompt and professional chauffeur. The service was extrodinary and allowed us to focus on the tasks at hand and not be concerned about our transportation throughout our visit.

We were a group of 40 visiting Chicago from Jamaica. Got quotes from quite a few places as we had a lot of places to visit. Needed a bus to transport us on five of the seven days with stops. Kimberly was so patient with me as I made many changes to our itinerary -- others were not as patient or accommodating. Received revised quotes within minutes. Infinity was the cheapest quote we got by a significant amount and to be honest, I was a bit worried about that. But due to budget we had to "take the chance", but I was comforted by the reviews I read and the fact that Kimberly was so efficient. I am so happy we did because the pick ups were flawless. The communication each day before pick up so timely. We received the drivers' name for each trip complete with cel numbers. Never had a late bus. I wholeheartedly and unreservedly give Infinity a five star rating!!

This here is why I enjoy getting up daily... Seems my customers never let me down... Of course no tip was in any of these, but the thought that brought tears to my eyes... Our experience with Infinity Transportation was incredible from booking to the last day of our trip. We booked a bus to tour each day in the city during a week long stay in Chicago. We stayed about 30 minutes outside the city and drove in each day for mission/community work as well as some fun. Our bus driver, Benny, was amazing. He was professional, kind, and gave much attention to detail. He was always early to pick us up, took the best routes to get us where we needed to be on time, and even detoured us to fun sites throughout the city upon our request. Our trip was most enjoyable because we had the best transportation. If you are looking for a reliable, prompt, comfortable, and professional transportation company, please do yourself a favor and book with Infinity Transportation. And ask for Benny ;)

We had a full bus of women and girls picked up at Union Station and then returned back to Union Station after a weekend stay in Chicago. Both Dennis and Reuman, our drivers, were on time, courteous, and professional. The busses were clean and comfortable. If we ever need chartered transportation again, Infinity will definitely be our choice.

Wow! What a great experience with Infinity Transportation. When planning with another bus company seemed unable to come to a final plan, I called Infinity with barely 6 weeks before the wedding. They were clear, organized, and responsive. Office/Sales staff were fabulous. We had a somewhat complicated and quirky set of afternoon, evening and next day transport needs. The drivers were all great, prompt (except for interference of Lollapalooza and weather), flexible, helpful. I would definitely recommend Infinity Transportation.

Had a great experience with Infinity Transportation recently for a 3-day company outing. Our driver Jorge was professional, polite, and he was a safe driver. We would use Infinity again and would recommend you check them out. Their 54 pax motorcoach had nice finishing, leather seats, power outlets at each row of seats, a clean restroom on board with hand sanitizer, plenty of overhead storage on the coach, etc. etc. Additionally, emailing with their reservation team has been a delight because they are very responsive and prompt. I don’t know where to start, but we almost had to cancel our event because our current bus company decided to cancel on us last minute… We found Infinity online and called them. Chris was extremely helpful and was able to get us a bus. We got a beautiful bus and our driver Tony was very kind and helpful.

Tony provided some of the best bus service I have had (and I have used many different companies). We almost had to cancel a school event this weekend because of our original transportation, but Infinity came through and provided a top notch experience. We will be booking with them again.

I recently rented a bus from Infinity Transportation for a wedding in the family. The drive to the venue was fairly long (about 65 miles) and some of the elderly people in our family were finding this drive to be cumbersome. This charter bus was the perfect solution for the family and we arranged for a comfortable meeting point. Contrary to the common perception of a transportation bus, their top of the line luxury bus blew us away. My family members were thrilled to be able to travel together and be extremely comfortable and enjoy each other’s company. The bus was well maintained, the driver Tony was very friendly and on time, helped us with some luggage as well. The AC, reclining seats and a nice music system kept us all comfortable and engaged. Tony was very patient and professional throughout the entire day, evening and we had a great experience! Will definitely rent from them again! OMG, the experience was phenomenal!!!!!!!!! I loved Tony the driver, he got us to our destination in time and we were able to play our tennis match on time. Not only that, but he also came to pick us up swiftly. The atmosphere of the bus was surreal and euphoric!!!!! Would go again! 💗💗💗
